Payment

EMA accepts a range of payment options, including in-store payment, Cash, Credit/Debit Cards & AfterPay.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking email. This is sent when the courier has collected your parcel.

Our full terms of conditions can be found on our website. When you place your order, it is assumed that you agree and understand these.

Goods cannot be returned if you changed your mind, this includes livestock. We will, however, accept a return if it is faulty, in which we will provide a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
